All ages 18 and up will benefit from this practice, which is intelligently designed with the specific needs of older adults in mind. Each class will incorporate a gentle warm up, active bodyweight strengthening poses, a supportive balance practice, mobility and stability work, and a relaxing cooldown. Students will learn exactly how to adapt poses for their own unique bodies with a curious and mindful approach to the practice.

Please register at least 1hour before the class start time.
